We hand print each item to order. Production times are as stated on each listing - most items take 1-5 business days to make.

Please order with plenty of time in advance to account for production + shipping time.

In a rush? Choose an expedited shipping option at checkout to shorten the SHIPPING time. This does NOT rush our production time.
Holidays may delay your order by 1 business day.

As stated in Etsy’s buyer policies (https://www.etsy.com/legal/buyers/?ref=list), sellers cannot be held responsible or issue refunds for packages that arrive later than the estimated delivery date range.

Personalization options for each item will be as stated on each listing.

If you would like to *gently* modify a design we currently offer - for example, changing "Save Water Drink Champagne" to "Save Water Drink Bourbon" - there will not be an additional design set-up fee.
Not all designs will be able to be modified, but please check with us if you have an idea!

We will not print any trademarked logos, characters or phrases, licensed designs, or any other shop or designers' work.

If you own the rights to a design and need your artwork or logo printed on an item, please check out our custom logo tote bags or message us!

All of our customized items are hand printed to order. We are not able to offer bulk discounts on every item due to the additional time it takes to personalize.

However, we do have many custom items that include tiered bulk pricing discounts, such as our canvas favor bags, tote bags, face masks, clothing, and more.
